West Linn Shaolin Snake Class

Mr. Hamm will be teaching the moves of the Snake on May 15th at the West Linn Dojo. In this class you will learn the Shaolin Snake form and Snake kempo techniques that are guaranteed to do damage. Upon completion of this class you will receive your Shaolin Snake Certificate and a Snake patch ordered specially for this event.

Women’s Self Defense Class

Thank you to everybody that took part in our Women’s Self Defense class on February 16th. The West Linn dojo was filled with over 40 women learning valuable self defense moves. Just a few of the benefits of this class were – Empowerment, Self Confidence, Awareness and Self Defense. Our next self defense class will be at our Sherwood location, date to be announced shortly.
