Master’s Seminar & Advanced Rank Testing

Join us for a very special weekend with Master Richard Black, President of United Studios of Self Defense and a 7th Degree Black Belt, who will run an advanced rank test and Master’s Seminar Sept. 16 & 17th.

Testing will take place Friday night at the Sherwood Dojo and the Master’s Seminar will be Saturday Afternoon from 12-2pm at the West Linn Dojo. See your Sensei for details and to sign up today!

West Linn Womens Self Defense Class

On February 12th, Mr. Hamm and Mr. Jenkins will teach a Womens Self Defense Class at the West Linn Dojo.

The Cost for this class is $10 with all proceeds going to the Clackamas Women’s Shelter. Space is limited so sign up today.

Yoga and Tai Chi at the West Linn Dojo

The West Linn dojo is proud to offer Yoga and Tai Chi classes with Raven Black starting September 13th. Yoga classes will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10-11am. Tai Chi will be offered Tuesday and Thursday from 10-11am. Please stop by the lobby or contact us for more information on these exciting new programs.

West Linn Shaolin Snake Class

Mr. Hamm will be teaching the moves of the Snake on May 15th at the West Linn Dojo. In this class you will learn the Shaolin Snake form and Snake kempo techniques that are guaranteed to do damage. Upon completion of this class you will receive your Shaolin Snake Certificate and a Snake patch ordered specially for this event.

When: May 15

Time: 1-3pm
Cost: $65 per student
Ages: 10 – up

USSD Oregon Holiday Potluck

Thanks to everyone who participated in this years Holiday Potluck at the West Linn and Sherwood Dojo’s. As always there was excellent food and fellowship, it is always fun meet and eat with our members extended families.

Thanks again for making our 2008 Holiday Potluck an enormous success, see you next year.
