July is a very busy month for us at United Studios. We have 2 fairs, a Ninja Night, the Dojo Picnic and an Open House. If you are interested in assisiting us at any of these events, we would be more than happy to have you there. Contact us for details for details.

West Linn Old Time Fair / Robinhood Festival
We have not one, but two events occuring the weekend of July 17,18 & 19th. United Studios of Self Defense will have a booth at the Sherwood Robinhood Festival and the West Linn Old Time Fair. Make sure to show your support for your dojo by wearing your United Studios T-Shirt! Please see your Sensei if you would like to help assist us in our booth. Students from West Linn will be participating in a martial arts demonstration on stage at the West Linn event. We look forward to seeing all of you there

Annual Dojo Picnic
Join us at Willamette Park in West Linn for our annual dojo picnic. Our event will start at 11am on July 25th. We will provide the hamburgers and hotdogs for everybody. We have a sign up sheet in the lobby for other side dishes, drinks and desserts. Last year, we had roughly 160 students, family members and friends show up to enjoy the day. We look forward to seeing everybody there.

The Kubaton is a metal rod about 5″ in length and is used to strike pressure points. In this class we will teach you how to use this unique device to defend yourself in case of emergency. All participants will receive a kubaton for their own personal use as part of this class.

Class is limited to 20 participants – you do not need to be a student to attend.
