Friday, November 18th will be Parents Night Out at the West Linn Dojo! We will be playing video games, board games, watching movies, and eating pizza.

Time: 6:30 to 11pm.
Cost: $35 per Ninja

Master’s Seminar & Advanced Rank Testing

West Linn Womens Self Defense Class

On February 12th, Mr. Hamm and Mr. Jenkins will teach a Womens Self Defense Class at the West Linn Dojo.

The Cost for this class is $10 with all proceeds going to the Clackamas Women’s Shelter. Space is limited so sign up today.

USSD National Training Center

On November 5th 2010, United Studios of Self Defense Opened its National Training Center in beautiful Laguna Hills, CA. the Instructors were given an outstanding workout from Professor Charles Mattera and other Master level Instructors. The Training Center has many new and exciting events planned for the future. I for one can’t wait to catch them all on Video.

The West Linn dojo is proud to offer Yoga and Tai Chi classes with Raven Black starting September 13th. Yoga classes will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10-11am. Northwest Regional Championship Martial Arts Tournament
